Discover the extensive applications of physicochemical techniques in wastewater treatment, offering effective removal of heavy metals, phosphorus, oil, grease, suspended solids, and emulsified organic particles. In this course we take into account operators and process managers' need for a deep understanding of installation fine-tuning to maintain the precision of treatment systems, and teach all the essential skills for mastering physicochemical treatment methods.
Delve into the theoretical aspects of physicochemical wastewater treatment and acquire practical insights into monitoring, process optimisation, and effective management of potential incidents. Then engage in a series of standard exercises and in interactive discussions about real-life case studies to apply your new knowledge in practice. To immediately apply the theory in a practical setting, participants have the option to join a site visit on the afternoon of day 2.
